Shipping Policy
Free Domestic, Insured Shipping
All of our domestic shipments in the US are shipped free of charge. Customers can select expedited shipping methods for a surcharge.
Free Domestic Return Shipping
We believe that if you don't love your order, it shouldn't cost you anything to return your item. This is why we will pay for return shipping (FedEx 2nd day) on all domestic orders. Simply call us at +852 2815 8587 to request a return and we will walk you through the process. Complimentary return label will only be provided if the shipment will arrive to us by the 30 days. If not, customers will need to arrange shipping and pay the postage. Only one courtesy return label will be provided to a customer within a 6 month period. International customers will need to return items at their expense. Orders with multiple gemstones or comparison shopping orders will need to return items at their expense if all the gemstones within the order are returned.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for all repairs.
Reporting Delays/Loss/Tampering
Katia has partnered with FedEx for timely delivery for your order. However, sometimes delays occur due to weather conditions, incorrect addresses or some unforeseen circumstances, all of which are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment or delayed, you must report this to Katia within 3 business days of receiving your tracking number. Shipping fees, wherever applicable, are non-refundable.
International Orders
Orders are shipped using FedEx Priority International service. We accept orders from most international countries. Please note, recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees associated with international shipment.
Signature Required
To protect you against fraud, regardless of the size of your order, all packages require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waivers you have signed.
Expedited Shipping

Alternate Address
No unfortunately, we do not allow the billing address to be different than shipping address, with one exception. We understand that jewelry is often bought as a surprise, as such we allow customers to have their packages be shipped directly to a FedEx location for pick up. A FedEx location of your choice can be selected during the checkout process. A FedEx hold is the most secure way to receive a package as it requires a direct signature from you.
Jewelry/Gem Box
We know that jewelry is often a gift and we make sure that we send it to you in a box that is ready to make the moment. Every order comes in a distinctly beautiful box creating that moment where you each hold your breath before you open it.
Please note:
If a shipped item is returned to us due to your error (typographical or otherwise) or failure to accept the package (whether you have refused acceptance or not been present to accept), you will be charged a fee to cover the complete shipping and insurance associated with that failed shipment. If the shipping address has to be changed after shipping, but while still en route, you will be charged a fee to cover the incremental cost to us.
